I am writing you to share about my new six month, intimate mentorship program designed to get you unstuck in the realms of Love, Sex & Genius. Until I come up with a better name it’s called the Love, Sex and Genius Mentorship Circle – for Women Transformational Leaders.

I picture this circle as a group of women who want to stop experiencing burn-out in their health, relationships or work and are ready to enter a new paradigm in their life and business – one of satisfaction, creativity and flow in all 3 realms of love, sex and genius.

This program is a Six-Month, Intimate, Cauldron of Creativity for an intimate group up to 12 women transformational Leaders (coaches, workshop leaders, conscious business owners and professionals) who are ready to explore an on-going practice of staying in the flow in the realms of love, sex and genius.

It includes weekly Creativity calls with our circle to get unstuck and into the flow, with my guidance. The result will be more personal enjoyment of your journey, a shift in how you live and work and the opportunity to make your work into the most potent reflection of your creative self-expression that it can be.

It begins in early November and includes weekly group coaching and content calls and some 1-1 time with me.

Well, actually. Where are you? Let’s do a quick self-assessment of where you like to spend most of your time in realms of Love, Sex and Genius.

You’ll notice that there are actually 6 points on the Diagram:

Love, Sex, Genius AND Commune, Create, Contribute.

We all tend to favour one or two places. The places on the diagram that we favour are our go-to, comfort zones. Our comfort zone is both an area of strength that we know and do well AND an area of creative stagnation, potential for burn-out AND a leadership blindspot.

Your comfort zone reveals your tendency towards imbalance and how you take ourselves out of the creative flow, both with yourself, and out of sync with all of Life.

When we are out of the flow, we tend to feel crappy, things don’t work smoothly, and our creativity is stifled.

My Take: 6 Main Places Transformational Leaders Get Out of Flow in Life and Business.

Here’s a quick synopsis of the six places where you might feel most comfortable (which also reveal your likely ways of falling out of the flow). Circle how much, on a scale of 1-10, this sounds like you.

Love – You are most comfortable directing your focus onto the other people in your life that you love.
Sounds like me…

Commune – You are most comfortable when you are connecting with other people, nature, or just feeling “at one”…this could also be through sensual enjoyment such as eating, drinking or smoking marijuana. You like to be relaxed.
Sounds like me…

Sex – You are most comfortable when you are physically embodied and doing anything that makes you feel sensually alive – dancing, playing sports, talking on stage and, of course, having sex.
Sounds like me…

Create – You are most comfortable when you are in the creative zone, doing your thing.
Sounds like me…

Genius – You are most comfortable when you are either articulating something brilliant, or coming up with something brilliant. You are a brilliant thinker and tend to get caught up in your head.

Contribute – Be productive is your mantra. You are most comfortable when you are in output mode…contributing something in the world. You are very generous.

Your level of flow in the realms of Love, Sex and Genius is going to have an impact on you on 6 Levels. Throughout our exploration we will be learning and integrating on all six levels. We will address these levels one month at a time…

Month 1 – Level 1: Your Personal Satisfaction

When you are out of flow in any of these realms, you will feel out of balance and ‘off’. It will affect your personal satisfaction in life. You will feel dissatisfied. And, you will end up burning out.

Have you noticed that?

That when you are fully expressing your creative genius, but you’re having trouble in the realm of love, your creative fruits don’t taste as sweet.

Or that, when you have a great, loving connection in your relationship, but no sexual aliveness, that you lack creative ‘heat’ and you yearn for more?

Or that when your sensuality and love relationships are flowing, but you aren’t expressing your creative genius, that after awhile you feel like something important is missing?

Month 2 – Level 2: Your Creative Flow

The realms of Love, Sex and Genius also illuminate how the creative process works. When you are in excess or stagnant in any of these realms it will have an impact on your ability to create with ease. You will be less connected to how Life wants to flow through you.

Commune. It starts with commune. When you commune you connect deeply with something to the point of becoming one with it. It could be a leaf, a star, another person, or yourself.

Create. Out of this state of communion, something new happens. There is a mixing, an alchemy that yields a new combination, a new thought, a new possibility.

Contribute. From this new possibility arises new action and a expression in the world. Your creativity takes on life through your action, your expression. You bring in a harvest. In practical terms, this will have a direct and tangible impact on the expression of your work in your business in terms of your marketing messaging, your content, your offerings, your sales process, etc. The end result of this creative cycle is a practical, tangible expression that is in greater alignment with what wants to flow through you.

After you contribute, you will need some rest and rejuvenation. You move back into Communion. And the cycle continues.

Most Transformational Leaders, end up getting stuck somewhere in the cycle and this causes their creativity to become stagnant. They feel stuck. It could be for a few days, a few weeks, months or years. Anytime we’re stuck, this also impacts our personal satisfaction.

How might things change if you were involved in an on-going process of staying in the flow creatively? I am gifted at helping my clients to stay in the flow. Your ideas will move more easily into expression through the container of this program and you will also experience the support to rest and rejuvenate in the moments where communion is being called for.

Month 3 – Level 3: Your Expression of Essence

Each of the realms also points us to an understanding of our self-expression as a Leader. The more we are able to express dynamically in all 6 of the realms, the more freedom, fun and impact we will have as a Leader.

For example, each realm has a characteristic that we naturally demonstrate when in flow.

When in flow in the realm of sex, we express power and integrity.

When in flow in the realm of creativity, we express radiance.

When in flow in the realm of genius, we express brilliance.

When in flow in the realm of contribution, we express generosity.

When in flow in the realm of love, we express transcendent love.

When in flow in the realm of communion, we express oneness consciousness.

Power + Integrity, Radiance, Brilliance, Generosity, Love, Oneness Consciousness- aren’t these the desirable traits that we all hope to impart in our leadership?

Month 4 – Level 4: Your Leadership Kryptonite

Understand your leadership blind-spot aka. your kryptonite. This is the shadow of your leadership that you are likely communicating and teaching through example…even more than your overt message.

“What you are shouts so loudly at my ears that I cannot hear what you say.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

No matter how much you try to hide this, your leadership kryptonite is in plain view to your followers. If your leadership comfort zone is the realm of Create, it will be apparent to your followers that you are seeking to get love through your natural radiance. Your vanity and allure will be obvious.

Your Leadership Kryptonite will tend to cause pain and discomfort in your life until you get the message. How many times do you need to be humbled? How much do you need to have resistance as a part of your daily experience?

Until we understand this aspect of our leadership tendency we will require painful and destructive experiences that lead to our disillusionment.

Month 5 – Level 5: Your Lifestyle Key to Eliminating Burn-out

Ever wonder why burn-out seems to be an inevitable result for many Transformational Leaders? Most Leaders are very familiar with exhaustion, overwhelm, being drained, anxious and stressed. These experiences come to be accepted as a low-level background setting.

The Love, Sex, Genius model offers a new possibility for how to live by equally prioritizing three realms and calling on-going attention to every aspect of our lives. We end up producing the right amount, in the right time, without pressure.

In most cases (but not all), our pace of productivity slows down to something more sustainable. We might create less, but we create the right things, and they flourish.

In the program we use this model, in conjunction with an on-going understanding of your Human Design chart (more on that later) to discern when it’s time for you to be creating the next thing and how. I will be creating the space and encouraging you on-going to join me in a new paradigm of living, where burn-out is no longer possible, because you’ve eliminated the conditions in which it is inevitable.

Month 6 – Level 6: The Flow of Life

Level 6 might be a bit ambitious for us to achieve in the first 6 months but ultimately, it’s where it’s at! So, I’ll at least introduce you to it, so that you’re aware of the possibilities. The aim of this model is to enter into the the Flow of Life at the centre of the diagram. Here, we are acting as an impersonal vessel for the expression of Life. We are directed by life itself, feel ourselves as a cell in the body of All-that-Is. We are doing our part, impersonally.

We have de-conditioned our being of all the private desires and tendencies that kept us from being able to be a perfect expression of the truth.

This is not a level to which I have personally attained, but one that I am actively committed to. And I have found very rewarding to actively embody.

The Love, Sex, Genius Mentorship Program is for Women Transformational Leaders who:

• Have been around the block, already have an established business and body of work, but are experiencing burn-out in the realms of their relationships, their work or their health.
• Want to create new offerings that align with their full aliveness and are sustainable in all ways to deliver.
• Understand that seeing their life as if in separate silos and operating as if the realms of love, sex and genius aren’t deeply interconnected is causing them to fracture and creating an unhealthy dynamic for them in all realms. They are now seeking an integrated way.
• Are either already aware that making money is just an after-effect of delivering good work and not an end in itself to be pursued. Or are willing to let go of the pursuit of money as an end goal.
• Love the truth. are willing to go all the way with seeing the truth of what has a place in their life and what doesn’t and to make the necessary changes to align with the truth they discover.
• Need some customized attention in order to bring their new thing or new way of life into being. They understand that their work is unique and the way that they bring it into being (including their marketing and sales) is also going to follow a unique path.
• Are ready to veer off the trodden paths of other leaders, into the unknown territory of their own path.
• Are willing to devote themselves to learning and putting into practice new skills for how to follow their own guidance.
• Are willing to devote the time and space to do inner work when required.
• Are open to experimenting with their human design and gaining a deeper understanding of their Genius.
• Embrace a body-centred approach to transformation and are excited to practice embodiment practices such as breathing and moving as a foundational part of our work together.
• Have experienced the pain and humility of burning out in their go-to zone enough times that they feel urgent, intense and willing to make the changes that are asked of them by their own inner guidance..
• Are open to exploring a new approach to living involving taking cues from life itself about where to go and what to do next, so that everything they do is not only informed by what they want, but what Life wants from them.
• Are not only willing, but enthusiastic to see the root causes of anything that is causing disharmony and stagnancy in their life and business. They understand that while it may be temporarily uncomfortable, the truth sets you free.
• Have a great sense of humour and enjoy laughing frequently!
• Are bringing together a new depth of their own work, or birthing something new, or trying to find the right words for something new that is birthing…something like that. The old isn’t working anymore. The new hasn’t come. They’re in that space between…that’s where I thrive!
• Are prepared for significant changes and inner transformation. (I’ve been doing this long enough to know that this is the likely outcome of our work together)

#2 Main Thing: 2 Intimate 1-1 Coaching Sessions (90-120 minutes) via Zoom

The most powerful container for transformation that I offer takes place 1-1 and this is why I am including a few 1-1 coaching sessions with me.

During these sessions we will get together on Zoom and dive into whatever needs our attention.

I might spend the first 45 minutes guiding you through a body-centred process of unwinding deep conditioning that is keeping you stuck. And then from there, laugh ourselves into a focused hour of channeling your copy for a new sales page.

(No matter what I do, I seem to end up channeling sales and marketing copy for my clients at least part of the time!).

That’s what I love about the intimacy of coaching, they can start anywhere and end anywhere. And yet, they most often end somewhere practical. There is always so much value in the journey.

Your Intimate Coaching Sessions are approximately 90 minutes, but could be shorter or longer depending on whatever happens. You can schedule them at any point during the 6 months (but not after).

You walk away with a Video Recording of every session…thank goodness. Because sometimes we come up with so much gold in such a short amount of time, that you’ll need to go back and take notes.

MAIN THING # 7: Support Buddy

Optional but recommended, I will intuitively pair you with a buddy with whom you are invited to meet regularly to provide each other with on-going support and attention in your exploration.

Once you are paired with your buddy you will be invited to decide together how and how often you’d like to connect (once a week on zoom, once a month by phone, by voxer etc). There are no rules about how your buddyship works, you get to set the perimeters for what works for you and your life.

In previous programs I’ve seen that buddies became so close that they traveled across the country to visit with each other. Because your buddy is equally committed to staying in the flow and integrating in the realms of love, sex, and genius, they are the perfect person to do our embodiment practices and inquiry activities with and also to act as a sounding board during your moments of creative inspiration or low-points.

Custom-attention at half the tuition. I have had tremendous results providing customized attention to a small number of 1-1 clients over the past 6 months since I created my Intimate 1-1 Coaching offering.

These clients have been thrilled with our work together. Every single one of them.

And, I saw that the value was partly coming from their real NEED for customized attention. The one-size-fits-all approach to transformation and business growth wasn’t working for them. They needed help to find their own personal way of doing things, within a structure that makes sense to them.

And that’s what I provided for them. And yet, I got the feeling from some of them that the investment of $997/month was a stretch. And I wanted to create an option that was pressure-free for them to get the support they were needing. $497/month seemed more do-able.
