The Diamond Adventure is a process of healing. A diamond is clear, pure, radiant. In order to become your full Diamond expression you must clear away all the debris, all the fog and dust that keeps your Diamond from being clear.

In most (all) cases that involves a heck of a lot of healing! So in this meditation you’ll set a container for healing that will last the duration of your Diamond Adventure.

In this core process from Karen and Fia-Lynn’s original Diamond Makeover retreat, you will be guided in a powerful introduction to your Diamond Self.

Meet your Diamond Self. Get the opportunity to really know this version of yourself in and out. Chances are that you’ll fall in love with this version of yourself!

This meditation is intended to build in you a desire to become your Diamond Self. Seeing and feeling how awesome you are when you are as clear as a Diamond makes all the healing and bumps on the road worthwhile.

You’ll note that in this audio we refer to your Diamond Self as your “Million Dollar Self”. That is because at the time of recording Fia-Lynn and I were fueled by a desire to create material wealth…as we have aligned more and more with our Diamond Selves we see that not everyone’s Diamond Self will necessarily be a “million dollar self” but will certainly be far more valuable than a million dollars!

CREATE A VACUUM FOR YOUR MILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS TO MATERIALIZE

One of Fia-Lynn and I’s absolute favourite processes, this is such a powerful meditation!

Prepare for a long sit-down meditation (an hour and twenty minutes) to explore all areas of your life and what elements are ready to be released.

This meditation is inspired by “The Vacuum Law of Prosperity” by Catherine Ponder, which suggests that in order to make room for what is FOR you, you must first get rid of the old that no longer has a true place in your life. The empty space that is left creates a vacuum for the new to come into your life readily.

The key to this process is to follow it up with your action in life! Don’t force it, but as you are ready, let go of what is no longer for you.

GAIN CLARITY ABOUT RESISTANCE TO RELEASING A VACUUM ITEM

Sometimes it can be hard to let something go!

If you’re finding that you are having trouble letting go of one of your vacuum items, or if you doubt the process “really? are you sure I’m supposed to let go of that?”, then we created this process for you!

Use this recording to assist you to gain more information about letting go of a particular item that you don’t want to release. Good luck!

INNER CHILD CONNECTION

Connection with your inner child is an essential part of the healing journey of Diamond. This is a great audio to have handy with you on your phone.

In this audio you’ll be guided to connect with a past part of yourself who experienced something she was unable to understand or integrate at that time. This unintegrated past experience is keeping your present self from experiencing the present in it’s purest form. The past is overshadowing and distorting the present. Even more, that little child self doesn’t feel loved and safe.

Return to the past, and bring your inner child the care she needs to come into the present with you.
